The Aspen Yoga Society endeavors to not only celebrate the visionary “Aspen Idea”, but also to expand that idea into the larger Roaring Fork Valley community.  We are a group of like-minded individuals working together to promote yoga as a way to nurture and connect mind, body and spirit. In the spirit of collaboration, we offer to you this resource guide of our local partners in yoga! These are places where you can find group classes, private sessions, and seasoned teachers.

The core of The Aspen Club is our “Great Space” where we specialize in fitness, athletic performance, wellness and mind body health.  Our expansive facility incorporates group fitness studios, free weights and state-of-the-art fitness cardio equipment.  Our innovative selection is designed to meet the needs of all age demographics and fitness levels.

The Aspen Club & Spa is currently undergoing an exciting expansion project as they build new residences and state of the art facilities. The renovations are scheduled to be completed in early 2017. We cannot wait to share details about this incredible new space in the coming months!

The Shakti Shala, meaning house of true empowerment, has been created in an effort to connect, challenge, inspire and empower our Aspen community and beyond.  It is our mission to excite transformative experiences that enrich lives and inspire positivity through yoga, meditation, dance, spirit, presence and fun.

The Shakti Shala in Aspen's Core is known for it's gorgeous and inviting space. There, you will find over 40 yoga, dance, and fitness classes per week. Their staff is comprised of the most seasoned, talented and highly sought after instructors in the Valley and beyond. Luxuriate in the upscale and sophisticated studio space complete with high-end finishes such as brand walls, exposed brick, Moroccan lanterns, and rainglass entry doors. You will feel right at home among Aspen locals in an unparalleled ambiance.

Arjuna Hot Yoga provides both creative, dynamic, energized vinyasa flow as well as deep-stretching, static, restorative postures all practiced in a warm environment.

This beautiful, heated studio accelerates the warming of the body, increasing blood circulation while sweating, cleansing and detoxifying the body to release stress and calm the mind. Arjuna's talented and inspirational instructors emphasize the fluidity and flow of the asanas and the importance and calming power of fusing the breath with the motion.

O2 Aspen’s yoga and pilates studio is a beautiful and serene yet inspiring atmosphere. Yoga classes range from beginner level to satisfying the most advanced practices, with an emphasis on therapeutic strengthening and balance.

In addition to a fabulous pilates program and diverse yoga schedule, O2 is known for its incredible boutique and spa. Travellers to Aspen will find luxurious treatments to counter the cool, arid climate as well as luxe clothing that can take you from the studio to any of the city's fine restaurants or nightclubs with fashionable ease.

King Yoga Aspen invites you to open your heart, find your truth and live a more compassionate life on and off your mat.

Upon entering this soothing space with its cork floors and warm Asian palette, there is a palpable fellowship with other students as our minds calm and our breath slows.  We gently arrive on our mats in anticipation of practicing what Aaron calls a moving meditation. With a seemless Vinyasa
flow, the beat of Om Namah Shivaya or Luther Allison, and Aaron's quietly tuned instruction for every movement, a beautiful emptiness fills each of us with the spirituality and physicality of a King Yoga practice.

From the ceiling fabrics to the door mouldings to the kickplates on the stairs, not one detail has been overlooked. The same craftsmanship has also been paid to the finely curated apothecary with an emphasis on essential oils. This is a space that must be seen to be believed. Just a few highlights of this lovingly built yoga facility are: a bookstore, cafe, homemade juices, and a full service spa with Ayurvedic treatments.
