Trishka is the only certified Iyengar teacher in the Aspen Valley. She was born in Aspen, Colorado and began practicing yoga in 1989. She has been to Pune, India more than once to study directly under the guidance of the Iyengar family, including Geetaji and Prashantji. While in Pune she also assisted in the medical classes.
