Cara Maiolo, MA, LPC, E-RYT is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Group Facilitator.  She is founder and owner of Aspen Integrated Counseling, serving adults and adolescents in individual and family therapy based out of Aspen, CO.  She is co-founder and a lead facilitator of Luminary, offering personal development retreats, courses, and coaching to help women experience connected and fulfilled lives.

Cara enjoys helping others pursue a meaningful life through a rewarding connection with themselves, thriving relationships with others, and a clear sense of purpose and personal value.  She has been offering counseling and coaching services for over a decade, working in private practice, community mental health, and intensive outpatient facilities.  With compassion and precision, Cara helps her clients move through difficult life experiences and limiting beliefs. She skillfully helps men, women and teens design lives of personal fulfillment and lasting change.  

Cara also enjoys serving as an educator for personal development and integrative wellness.  She has lead workshops for school teachers learning how to incorporate mindfulness-based social and emotional learning into their classrooms.  She is an experienced professional yoga teacher and has provided her community with transformational public classes and individual therapeutic yoga offerings for over nine years.  Cara is also co-owner, curriculum developer, and a lead educator for Kula Yoga Teacher Training in Carbondale, CO.

Cara is a Colorado native and feels most content playing in the outdoors accompanied by her husband and dog. She also enjoys traveling to beaches and far-off places, reading with a steaming cup of coffee nearby, cooking for friends and family, practicing and studying yoga, and sharing stories and ideas with others.
